Frequently asked questions
Do I need special POS hardware for Dinehere?
No. Dinehere runs on Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows and macOS computers, and any web browser. For printing, it connects to Bluetooth KOT and bill printers.
Can several staff members use the POS at the same time?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own role (owner, manager, waiter or rider) and new devices need approval. Orders, payments and table moves sync live across every device.
Is Dinehere suitable for a cafe, QSR or cloud kitchen?
