What does Dinehere do for a small-town restaurant?

Dinehere is a restaurant app that gives small-town and village restaurants their own branded ordering website and app, with delivery zones, rider management, UPI and cash on delivery, GST billing and a customer list, without depending on a food delivery marketplace.

Turn phone and WhatsApp orders into your own app.

Your customers already order from you. Dinehere keeps that habit and takes away the paper, the repeat calls and the guesswork.

Today

  • The phone rings through the dinner rush
  • Orders and addresses written on paper
  • Wrong items, missing landmarks, repeat calls
  • Cash collected at the door, change chased
  • No list of who ordered or how often

With your own Dinehere app

  • Customers order from your link, shared on WhatsApp or printed as a QR
  • Items, notes, address and phone arrive filled in
  • UPI orders show as paid. Cash on delivery stays an option
  • A loud alert on every phone, and the KOT prints in the kitchen
  • Every customer saved with their orders, ready for your next offer

Deliver on your own terms.

Decide how far you deliver and what it costs. Cover the villages around you by name, or draw the exact area on a map. Any staff phone becomes a rider app.

  • Zones as a radius up to 15 km, a shape on the map, or named areas
  • Base fee, per-km pricing, free delivery above an amount
  • Send one order, or batch several into a single trip
  • Rider payouts settled in cash or online, with a clear record

Questions small-town owners ask us

Can I use Dinehere if Swiggy and Zomato do not deliver in my town?

Yes. Dinehere does not need a marketplace in your area. You get your own ordering link and app, draw your own delivery zones and send orders with your own staff. Customers order from your link, and every order lands in the Dinehere app on your phone.

My customers order on phone calls and WhatsApp. How do I move them over?

Share your Dinehere link on your WhatsApp status and in chats, print the QR on bills and parcels, and keep taking calls while regulars switch. Orders from the link arrive with the address, items and payment already filled in, so nothing is written on paper.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your ordering page opens in any phone browser. Customers who order often can add it to their home screen in one tap, and it then opens like your own restaurant app.

Who delivers the orders?

You do, with your own staff. Draw a delivery zone up to 15 km as a radius, a shape on the map or a list of named areas, set your fees, and switch any staff phone into rider mode. Riders get trips on their phone and you settle their payouts in cash or online.

How much does it cost for a small restaurant?

The Dine-in plan is ₹500 a month for billing, KOT, menu and reports. Your own ordering link and app is a one-time setup of ₹5,000, with UPI and online payments built in. In tier 2 towns that list on aggregators, new partners are often quoted 25-28% commission.

I am not good with technology. How long does setup take?

Most restaurants go live in a day. Take a photo of your printed menu and Dinehere drafts your dishes and prices. Our team helps on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
