Delete your Dinehere account

This page explains how restaurant and stall owners can request deletion of their Dinehere merchant account and associated data. You do not need to keep the app installed to use this page.

1. In-app deletion (recommended)

If you still have the Dinehere app:

  1. Open the app and sign in with your registered phone number.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately after confirmation. You will be signed out when the request completes.

2. Request deletion without the app

Email us from a mailbox you control, or call us, and include:

  • The phone number registered on your Dinehere merchant account
  • Your store / business name
  • A clear request to delete your account and associated data

Email: hello@dinehere.in

Phone: +91 73401 99552

We verify ownership of the account (typically via the registered phone number) before processing. Most requests are completed within 7 days after verification.

3. What we delete

When your merchant account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your user profile and sign-in credentials (including Firebase Auth)
  • Store profiles, menus, tables, settings, and team / staff records
  • Orders, order events, payments, ledgers, and analytics for your stores
  • Customer CRM links for your stores, promotions, and marketing cards
  • Delivery configuration, storefront / PWA settings, and push subscriptions
  • Online payment merchant credentials stored for your stores

Freezing or deactivating an account is not used as a substitute for deletion.

4. What may be retained

We may retain limited records only where required by law (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records that cannot yet be purged). Any such retention is limited to what is necessary and for the required period.

Customer accounts that also order from other restaurants are not deleted solely because one merchant account is removed; those customers are unlinked from your store.
