1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is a binding agreement between GOODVALUE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Dinehere", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your") regarding your use of dinehere.in, our merchant application, storefront services, and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and our Terms. We may update this Policy from time to time; the Effective Date above will change when we do.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process:

  • Account information: name, phone number, email, and login method for merchant users.
  • Business information: store name, address, menu and dish images, branding assets, delivery zones, and operating settings.
  • Customer CRM data: customer names and phone numbers you enter or import from your phone contacts into your store CRM (used only to help you manage and message your customers — not sold for advertising).
  • Order and payment data: order details, UPI identifiers, and merchant payment credentials (for example Cashfree / bank details) you configure for online payments.
  • Device permissions data: camera and photo library (menu / dish images), microphone and speech recognition (optional voice ordering), Bluetooth (bill printers), approximate location when needed for Bluetooth printer discovery or maps, and contacts when you choose to import customers.
  • Technical and diagnostics: device identifiers used for push notifications (FCM), IP / device metadata, and crash / error diagnostics (for example Sentry) to keep the Services reliable.
  • Usage data: in-app and website interaction data used to operate and improve the Services. We do not use the advertising ID for ads tracking in the merchant app.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure merchant POS, ordering, and storefront features.
  • Process orders, notifications, printing, delivery, and online payments.
  • Support customer CRM, WhatsApp / SMS outreach you initiate, and promotions.
  • Diagnose crashes, improve performance, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, Firebase Auth / Messaging, crash reporting, payment gateways such as Cashfree).
  • Public authorities when required by law.
  • Parties to a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Merchant account holders can delete their account and associated store data from the Dinehere app (Profile → Delete account), or via our public deletion page at dinehere.in/delete-account. Deletion removes your profile, stores, menus, orders, payment configs, and related data as described on that page. Limited records may be kept only where required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the Effective Date.
