1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms"), form a binding agreement between GOODVALUE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Dinehere", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your") regarding use of our website, merchant application, storefront, and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. We may modify them at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

We provide a platform for restaurant and stall owners to manage menus, receive orders, print bills, run promotions, and operate storefronts. Delivery and fulfillment of customer orders are handled by the merchant.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

• You may use the service for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to use the service for activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
• You are responsible for content you upload or post through our service.

5. User Conduct

• You must not upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights.
• You must not use the service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content except as features of the product allow for your own customers.

6. Order Management

• Merchants are responsible for managing and fulfilling orders received through our platform.
• We are not responsible for issues arising during delivery of orders.

7. Intellectual Property

• Content and materials on our platform (text, graphics, logos, software) are our property or that of our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination and Account Deletion

• We may terminate or suspend your account and access at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users.
• You may delete your merchant account at any time from the Dinehere app (Profile → Delete account), or by following the instructions at dinehere.in/delete-account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ajmer, Rajasthan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms by posting updates on this page and changing the Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
